Nothing beats a good massage after various source of tension.
It could be 'yes... finally finish the work', or 'aiyo... my muscle ache after running for 10km for days of training'.
With my recent course with Singapore Sport Council, polishing up my massage skill with a deeper understanding of the causes of tension with all the muscle groups, joints and tendon. That puts me pondering, does those spa outside knows what muscle they are touching on, are they doing the right thing as some parts of the body, are 'no no' to touch.
Explaination and localisation of the pain or tension will be part of the massage course of Skin Needs. This is extremely important to aid and speed up healing and recovery.
I look forward to assist those whom needs a clearer picture of what's happening in them :)

Cheers to a healthier body!
