Sharing my way of combating and sure-win (at least for me and my family) formula:
- Once you have tingly feel of those symptoms creeping into you, immediate take a 500mg of natural Vitamin C. Drink a good 500ml of water together.
- Do suck one Vit C (250mg) in your mouth if your Vitamin C allow you to do so
- You will feel better in 1 hour's time.
- Repeat the above in the 4th hour after you took the 500mg of Vitamin C.
- Continue good water consumption of up to 2000ml.
- Sleep early for the day.
During this critical period, your body can take up to 4000mg of Vitamin C a day as it needs more power to fight the germs and up body immune.
Therefore do not be afraid of overdoes. In fact, Vitamin C is water soluble, no fear of getting intoxicated.
P.S What type of Vitamin C to put inside you determines the speed of the result.
Do look out for these words; Natural C, Bioflavornoid, No artificial sweetener (better still if there is non-sweeten) and No artificial colourings.
